International Bodyguard & Security Services Association - I.B.S.S.A.
I.B.S.S.A. is the official international association of private security firms, manpower and technical resources companies, technological industries and individual members dealing with security professions.
I.B.S.S.A is a non-profit international association involved in organizing, coordinating, giving assistance, and assistance to its members worldwide in the field of security in all its forms.
The association was registered in USA and France. The Honorary Founding President of the I.B.S.S.A is H.R.H. Prince Adan Czartoryski Borbon. The I.B.S.S.A is represented today in more than 100 countries, with members in hundreds of different security companies, security experts and organizations.
The formal representative of I.B.S.S.A in Israel is I.C.S.I. The head of IBSSA office in Israel is Dr. Zeev Gefen, I.C.S.I.'s president, who is also the 1st Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee and Chairman of Bodyguard Department.
I.C.S.I. operates as an official university of I.B.S.S.A in the fields of security education, with special regard to the field of bodyguard training.
Dr. Gefen takes part in conferences, congresses, professional meetings and tours organizaed by I.B.S.S.A in various countries, for the purpose of defining study programs and international professional standards for training of security personnel. Dr. Gefen is also a lecturer in professional conferences related to security of facilities, VIP protection, conducting special investigations and consulting to commercial firms with threat analysis and the formation of security plans in sensitive installations.
The information services of I.B.S.S.A:
I.B.S.S.A publishes a bi-annual booklet listing its member corporations, individuals, instructors and bodyguards with their expertise, their background etc. Members are offered special services published in the different issues as well as reduced prices in various fields.

I.B.S.S.A circulates its members with news and information concerning the latest developments in field of security and protection, and offers services and possible partnerships of its members with a worldwide audience. The association alsoholds a congress every year, during which a security exhibition is taking place. Members have the right to introduce products and activities during the congress or other events.
The I.B.S.S.A Training Program:
The main training centers are located in Italy, Israel, Hungary, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Northern Ireland. The training centers, recognized by I.B.S.S.A, incorporate the expertise of international instructors and Master Teachers of the profession.
Training seminars last from 1 week to 3 months. There are basic and advanced courses as well as general and special thematic such as shooting, self-defense, martial arts, specialist driving, close combat, bodyguarding, etc. Training sessions are always available. After every training course, an internationally recognized diploma and identity card with photograph of the participant will be issued, and their names are included on the I.B.S.S.A passport also. It is available from any I.B.S.S.A Regional or Country Representative.
Based on the same program (thematic) there are training camps organized in Romania, Russia, Great Britain, Israel, USA, Latvia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Ivory Coast, Gambia, South Africa and Hungary, or in case of a demand in any other country. The member country, organizing the training camp, is fully responsible and will ensure all necessary insurance is provided for the members.
I.B.S.S.A International Organizing Committee:
The I.B.S.S.A has its own international organizing committee, which is a well trained team with vast or experience in organizing cultural, sport, business events and conferences. It has worldwide representation with special security conditions and protocol services. The I.B.S.S.A international organizing team may be hired or contracted.
