Security Managers Study Program
This program offers high level studies for security professionals and senior security systems administrators.
The courses offered under this study program are interdisciplinary as far as they are related to the broad training needed for security supervisors working in a comprehensive security organizations and companies. Students are exposed to all relevant aspects of the work of the security manager in the organization: Analysis of case studies, applying threat analysis on various facilities, formulating security procedures on the basis of threat analysis, obtaining efficient functioning of security array in a daily routine, managing security staff. technolgic method, and more.
An important part of the course's program is concerned with the use of advanced technologies to provide high security level within a given facility. Students are introduced with state-of-the-art technologies in the filed (including detectors, cameras, op. centers, etc.) and tour various facilities where the use of advanced technologies is demonstrated. By that way. graduates fell an in-depth exposure to the leading technologies available on the market, and hold the needed knowledge for choosing appropriate technological means to ensure high-level security for their organizations.
Another major part of the study program is related with emergency procedures. Students are introduced with the the importance of preparing security personnel for emergency situations, and are trained through interactive sessions to clearly identify the differences between routine and emergency procedures. Past experience clearly shows, that when security managers identified in advance the evolution of an emergency situation, people's lives were saved, and hence I.C.S.I puts a special emphasis on emergency responsiveness.
Graduates of the studies, will have the capacity to establish a competent security array for their organization. They will be able to lead their security department/units to provide a risk-free working environment, by improving efficiency and effectiveness of security personnel. At the end of course the trained security managers will be better equipped with the professional knowledge needed to enforce security policies and practices for pertaining physical security, loss prevention, emergency responsiveness and more.
The different courses are standard; however I.C.S.I is obligated to adapt the content of lectures to the needs of each group of students. That program of study allows greater flexibility in its design so that different organizations and companies will be able to earn the most relevant input from the topics which was learned.
